The 11th International Conference on Agro-Geoinformatics is organized and hosted by the China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), the International Society of Agromatics (ISAM), and the Center for Spatial Information Science and Systems (CSISS) of George Mason University. Agro-geoinformation is critical for agricultural sustainability, food security, environmental research, bioenergy, natural resource conservation, land use management, carbon accounting, global climate change, health research, the agricultural industry, commodity trading, economy research, education, agricultural decision making, and policy formulation. The Agro-Geoinformatics conferences were successfully held in various locations, including Shanghai, China (Agro-Geoinformatics 2012); Washington, DC, USA (Agro-Geoinformatics 2013 and 2017); Beijing, China (Agro-Geoinformatics 2014); Istanbul, Turkey (Agro-Geoinformatics 2015 and 2019); Tianjin, China (Agro-Geoinformatics 2016); Virtual Online (Agro-Geoinformatics 2021); and Quebec City, Canada (Agro-Geoinformatics 2022). The Agro-Geoinformatics conferences provide an ideal venue for professionals and students to exchange their ideas, research results, professional experiences, latest developments, and future vision of agro-geoinformatics. The Agro-Geoinformatics 2023 conference will cover recent advances in the life cycle of Agro-geoinformatics, from data collection (including field surveys and remote sensing), processing, storing, archiving, preservation, retrieving, transmitting, accessing, visualization, analyzing, synthesizing, presenting, disseminating, to decision making.

Abstract submission, review process and publication
All abstracts must be 400-500 words long and written in English. The submission format for full paper shall follow the IEEE template. All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed to maintain high quality presentations. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Only papers, presented at the conference by one of the listed authors and duly registered for the conference, will be retained in the conference proceedings.
Abstracts must include title and authors (first name surname), and indicate the presenter by underlining the name and providing that author’s contact details: affiliations, department, full address (street, city, state/province, and country), telephone, fax, and Email. Selected keywords are also required to be included in submitted abstract. This would be beneficial for your papers to be assigned to proper conference sessions. The accepted papers presented at the conference by the duly registered author will be included in the conference proceedings. Conference proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore (indexed by EI). Full papers that are accepted to be included in the IEEE Conference Proceedings will be charged a publication fee of $200, which is separate from the conference registration fee. The fee will be used to cover the cost in managing, reviewing, and compiling the submissions for the proceedings.

Presentation Format
The conference will include plenary, oral, invited/special and normal breakout sessions. Conference registration starts on July 25th. Plenary sessions will be held during 8:30-12:00 on July 26th.Breakout sessions will be held during July 26-28. Each breakout session presentations will have 20 minutes for presentation and Q&A.
Students attending Best Student Paper Competition must submit a full-length paper. First-Place ¥5000 (Yuan), Second-Place ¥3000 (Yuan), Third-Place ¥2000 (Yuan).The submission procedure will be announced separately.
